No. The programme provides general common-sense nutrition rules, useful for anyone. Following them adds efficiency but is not a condition. Personalised nutrition can be integrated into the protocol on request.
I recommend monitoring blood glucose and optionally ketones. At the start of the programme a baseline scan is performed that determines hydration level and many other factors. Monitoring urinary acidity is optional but useful.
YES. There are key elements that, together with structured water, produce the desired transformations. Even if they seem simple, they work exactly as offered and only in the optimised form I recommend. Not every form of supplement works. I have tested them for years.
They are not vital, but they can help enormously in faster optimisation of the systems. Any additional physical activity will have exponentially multiplicative effects on the efficiency of the protocol. The more you add, the better.
