What is Zero Point
Meditation?
ZPM — Void Meditation is an ancient form of meditation originating from techniques over 30,000 years old. These techniques are called void or emptiness practices (Ling Kong Jing) — hence the name Zero Point Meditation, which refers to accessing the void or the energy of a “singularity” as defined in quantum physics.
Meditation is not a technique in itself, but a state reached through certain preparatory techniques. Void Meditation is one of these techniques. The state of meditation is a state of mental emptiness — in which the mind stops functioning because the wave function of the frequency band on which the human mind operates is collapsed.
Current “meditation” techniques that do not induce the practitioner into mental emptiness are NOT meditation techniques — they are relaxation techniques. Void Meditation is both a scientific and esoteric method. The technique allows the practitioner to reach the state of meditation in seconds or minutes, depending on each individual.

The state of meditation is a state of mental emptiness — in which the mind stops functioning because the wave function of the frequency band on which the Human Mind operates is collapsed. Meditation connects you to the primordial source of energy which is emptiness.
The state of meditation reached through different existing techniques is the same. If the technique works, the state of meditation invariably occurs. Once in meditation, each practitioner will KNOW they have reached this state. You cannot deceive yourself that you have reached meditation. Meditation does not produce thoughts. You are Zen.
Void Meditation is not an imaginary technique. You don’t need to imagine anything.
It is not a visual technique — no need to visualize anything. It is not a technique where you have to say something (mantras or other repetitive formulas). It is not a breathing technique (Pranayama, Holotropic Breathing etc.) — you don’t need to breathe in any particular way.
Void Meditation is not a mental technique — YOU CANNOT STOP YOUR MIND WITH YOUR MIND! It is not an exclusive or complicated technique. Meditation is simple. It is not an esoteric technique that involves any kind of initiation.
ZPM is a technique inscribed in every person’s chromosomal information, in DNA. I discovered this form of meditation at the age of 14 when I first reached meditation. The shock was so great that I was scared and 30 seconds later I returned to my normal way of thinking.
Because reaching the state involves reaching a specific frequency of brain and body waves, it took me almost 15 years to replicate the state of meditation in the usual way. I tried many meditation techniques. They did not help because they failed to challenge my reference point of meditation. Over the years I have understood the mechanisms that trigger the state of meditation — and these are very simple.
No. The technique is learned very quickly, but it takes practice.
ZPM has 2 components: the technical component — what you actually need to do to reach the state of meditation — and the vibrational or esoteric component, which is the reference point to be transmitted by someone who has experienced and stabilized the state of meditation.
The transmission of this reference point does not require special knowledge or initiation. The vibrational component is sine qua non — it is the key to the system. It is inscribed in the DNA of the human being and just needs to be activated.
Void Meditation produces the following effects: you can reach the state of love, peace and quiet within. Silence is extremely necessary nowadays for making and assuming decisions — it’s the new gold coin of contemporary times.
Connecting to the Higher Self of every human being. Physical and mental energy increases — the body connects to primary power sources. Calming mental activity by reaching the state of mental emptiness. Reduces stress, anxiety and mental projections. Increased acuity of intuition, perception, creativity and memory. Void meditation can be learned even in one session. The technique is simple, and once you reach the reference point, all you need is to practice. DAILY, minimum 21 days.
Some people are naturally inclined to reach this state and can stabilize it in a few sessions. There are people who have a more active mental process that prevents them from reaching the state of meditation very easily. But in a few sessions, through repetition and understanding the mental mechanisms that prevent the phenomenon, they can practice Zero Point Meditation.

Something comfortable. Meditation can be performed in any kind of clothing. Ideally have some comfortable clothes.
Of course, but I don’t recommend eating too much. Meditation doesn’t really work on an empty stomach because you’ll think about food. A snack or fruit is ideal. For the more advanced I recommend the empty stomach.
