Biohacking is not something new. Internal alchemy or body consciousness is the same thing. When science reaches the point where it turns its gaze inward and discovers that everything is false, the real awakening to reality follows.
The human body and consciousness core is a very advanced creation. But how do you expect it to function at its true potential when it operates only in lies and falsehoods?

We live in a world built on false inputs. And then we wonder why the body does not function.
The body is living water. Everything lives in water. And yet all the water we consume is dead. The nucleus lives in water. Cells live in water. We live in water. And we replaced water with all kinds of drinks.
Food must be real. Otherwise it does not nourish you — it kills you. Nutrition is about the transfer of nutrients from a donor to a receptor. In nature something dies so something else can live. Ions, electrons, elements, charge. Everything flows from one part to another. Everything is flux.

Operating through fear is one option. But you can also function through love. Fear is a frequency through which the entire body is systematically decimated and drained of life. The ancient Dacians were not biohackers, but they did not live in fear and had physical and mental abilities that many of us cannot even dream of.
A System Built on 30 Years of Practice
I am not a theorist. I am one of the most sceptical people on this planet. I believe nothing. I verify everything. I apply the same standard to everything I teach.
What I have built over 30 years is a system. Not a collection of tips and tricks. A coherent, structured, measurable system. It has 4 levels and 9 pillars. You cannot skip levels. You cannot ignore pillars. The body does not work that way.
The secret of immortality is to die young — as late as possible. Universal laws cannot be hacked. Biohacking can only show you where you are going to extremes and how to correct them faster. Every extreme is harmful. It is not sugar that is harmful — it is excess.
The 9 Pillars of Bio-optimisation
All 9 pillars must be addressed. Neglecting any one limits the results of all the others. The biological time you live in is not the one imposed by society. Eat when you feel. Drink when you feel. Move when you feel. Sleep when you feel.
The body is living water. 90% of people are chronically dehydrated at the cellular level — even those drinking 2 litres a day. Drinking water and hydrating the cell are not the same thing. The problem is the electrical charge of the water, not the volume.
